What We Do

/TEER Project

As part of our continued partnership with the NAIC, this initiative reimagines a historically significant site in Curry County, Oregon, by integrating cultural restoration, ecological stewardship, and innovative design. The project's vision prioritizes sustainability and knowledge sovereignty, including plans to install solar panels on existing infrastructure, establish educational and cultural spaces, and construct a traditional village structure using native materials. Complementing these elements, the project emphasizes restoring non-motorized river access, aquaculture areas, and protective measures for estuary wildlife. By blending technology and Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK), it aims to create an eco-cultural hub for community engagement and environmental resilience.

Through detailed site assessments and 3D modeling, we provided data-driven insights to align the proposal with the client's vision and environmental goals. Further collaboration with NAIC ensured that culturally significant elements, such as a sweat lodge and interpretive signage, were centered in the design. This project showcases our mission to empower Indigenous communities by merging advanced geospatial technologies with locally relevant ecological and cultural knowledge.
